By Registering for Call of the Loon, I certify that myself and any others included in this registration acknowledge and agree to the following Dance Participant Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement:
In participating in any dance or dance event produced by Tapestry Folkdance Center, I hereby agree to the following:

I acknowledge that dancing and movement involves risks that could result in injury. I understand such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.

In choosing to participate, I agree to accept these risks. If at any time I believe that conditions are unsafe or that I am unable to participate due to medical conditions, I will discontinue my participation.

I agree that if I hurt or injure myself of my own accord while participating in a Tapestry class, workshop, or dance, I will not hold Tapestry Folkdance Center, its directors, officers, volunteers, employees, instructors or callers, musicians, agents, other participants, and all other entities acting for them, at fault, releasing and discharging them from liability.
